Harvested in 1997 and aged for over a decade, our Grand Pu-erh comes from the tea mountains of Yunnan Province. The initial aroma is one of fresh earth and malt that mellow nicely after several infusions. It also exhibits an underlying sweetness and clarity of flavor that is surprisingly delicious.

Harvested in 1997 and aged for over a decade, our Grand Pu-erh comes from the tea mountains of Yunnan Province.

This loose-style pu-erh creates a smooth and rich brew. The initial aroma is one of fresh earth and malt that mellow nicely after several infusions. It also exhibits an underlying sweetness and clarity of flavor that is surprisingly delicious.

Pairs well with heavier foods. Perfect for dim sum.


Water Temperature: 205°, or near boiling.
*using slightly cooler water brings out the natural sweetness

Brewing Instructions: Rinse tea for 1-2 seconds. Discard rinse water. Steep for 1-2 minutes. Use 2 teaspoons (3 for a medium sized pot). May be infused multiple times.
